Ordered on June 9. Received hardware on Nov 20 morning and code in the evening. Still much quicker than many others who have pre-ordered but I was not able to "claim" the name I wanted and even if it's by 1 day, what was promised was not delivered.

Got my code 4:38 pm Nov 20.
