I was promised the code on launch day and did not receive anything. Don’t advertise on something you can’t deliver, otherwise it’s just bait to get people to purchase a false service.

No chance in getting the name of my choice when I got my code 7 hours after "launch" and still do not have my stadia controller. funny, since I ordered an hour after launch on June 6th!

I've been charged, and my item has supposedly been shipped...yet mysteriously delayed. And I've yet to receive a code for any kind of access.
