Compensate Stadia Founders for failing to deliver what was promised on launch

Google needs to pay for their mistakes or more specifically lies.

Google's silence on this issue is unacceptable! They 100% positively Knew that NOT ALL their Founders who pre-ordered, would ever receive their codes on time or by launch date; but, they still RECKLESSlY kept selling their Founders Editions anyway! Either send out all the Founder's activation Codes for their PRE-PREORDERS all at ONCE, OR next time use common sense and QUIT SELLING your pre-orders if your system can't handle ALL/EVERY pre-orders on launch day!! Google should be prosecuted with proper Legal action for this blatant mess of a "Launch"!!! ALSO, legal action should be taken regarding Google's probable FALSE-ADVERTISING, for their ever regularly prominent "4K 60fps games on launch" Claims!

I am not as disappointed by the delay of the delivery of the founders pack as I am of not getting the code on launch day when I preordered.

I ordered 9th June. No code yet. No hardware yet. No shipping notification even. Others who ordered after me have already taken my preferred names.

Sounds about right

The founder's edition should have been sent with a lot of anticipation. It's not like anybody would have been able to play before launch with it. And I think that the rollout of the codes should have been in bigger batches so everyone could receive their codes earlier (hopefully on the launch day)

This is exactly the launch that google needed to avoid to put doubters to rest. They failed on that.

Ordered during the Stadia unveil June 6th. Still no access code. Hardware supposed to arrive in a couple of days (22nd to 25th). "Play at launch" my ass.

Pre-ordered June 6th. 3 days after it was supposed to ship, not shipping notice or anything. Tech support can't tell me why or what's going on.
