Pre-ordered on June 7th for the "guarantee" of access on 11/19/2019.
Still no word from Google support just told to "wait 3-5 days" for the code.

Got shipped, no code. Was told I would get a code when shipped. I also wanted to get a name and play earlier than two weeks post launch

Ordered my stadia on first day it was released for pre-order. almost 24 hours later I'm still waiting for my code, all of my preferred names are now taken and I'm upset I never got a fair chance to get them and paid my dues like everyone else to have an equal chance, which was taken from me

I got my code late yesterday, but I feel bad for the ones who don't also, I have a 100Mbps connection and your test servers say I can play at high quality, but I get kicked every 3 minutes for poor connection

I would not be as upset of the code to access stadia was sent to everyone the day of launch. I am ok with waiting for hardware...

Pretty upset by this whole situation. What's the point in pre-ordering if I don't get my code at least on day 1? I can wait for my equipment, but to give me no code day 1? Really?

The whole reason I pre-ordered a Founder’s sedition in the first place was because the promises to play on Launch day and opportunity to reserve a unique username of choice. That opportunity has now past because of Google’s deceitful tricks and false advertising.
