Compensate Stadia Founders for failing to deliver what was promised on launch

Wow. I was hesitant to sign up until I read you can reserve user names and pre-ordered on June 18th.

Google has broken many promises with Stadia. I feel punished for pre-ordering a founders bundle.

Pre-ordered months ago. Never got a code. Hardware arrived today, which is currently useless. The Bluetooth functionality isn't even enabled which is ridiculous, so I can't even use the controller for anything. This is completely unfair.

Preordered on day one. Still hasn’t shipped. No code. Just waiting in limbo.

Google knowingly lured users who were undecided (like myself) with the promise of day one access and a shot at a unique user name. Every other aspect of the product's viability is a known unknown, but at least there was the guarantee of being one of the first users on day one. This was clearly a well-marketed lie. My order has shipped, and still no code. Support page says 1 minute wait time for a call back, but my callback came 3 hours later and the poor rep was gagged and did nothing to address my situation. I was an early and vocal advocate among my peers, but now I just feel embarrassed to have given my hard-earned dollars for more lip service and business-as-usual from the toxic gaming industry. I demand compensation for Google not providing what I paid for.

June 9th FE order, was shipped after people that ordered in september and october.

Founders will have access to Stadia from launch day my ass. Hardware received, and still no activation code... 3 days after launch.

June 6 preorder. Still no Hardware. Code came late. September preorders got their stuff before me.

The entire code release is ridiculous and you aren't communicating anything. Get a new marketing team.

I ordered right when preorders opened so I could reserve the username I wanted. I got my code the day after launch and the username I wanted was already taken.
