Compensate Stadia Founders for failing to deliver what was promised on launch

Pre-ordered day one still waiting

I have ordered the Stadia in June and was excited to pre-book my name but now it'll likely be gone when I finally receive my code. What is the point of pre-ordering if people who ordered today get a better experience?

Ordered 6/10. It's 11/20, and I'm waiting both for my controller to ship, and the code to arrive. My card was charged days ago.

Delivery still says today (Nov 20) or 21 which is tomorrow and it hasn't shipped yet!

Still have high hopes but something needs to be done

Hardware delivered, can't use it, 3 support calls to get the call dropped and live chat taken offline, call backs offered under 1 minute, sat waiting further hours, name has prob been taken

Ridiculous how Google have blatantly lied throughout their shabby marketing campaign. I don't mind features not being available on launch, just let me play when the service launches

Bought the founder's edition and it stil hasn't even shipped, not that it would help since apparently people aren't getting their codes to log in.
