I agree. Some rebate or store credit should be awarded.
"Play at 9AM PST Nov 19th" when I didn't get my code until 4:46PM and that was after I spent an hour on the phone with customer support. 7 1/2 hours late on a digital code that was emailed !!?? Still no hardware.

Sort of expected to have received it by yesterday but it didn't ship until today.
Ordered within minutes of it opening.

Bought Founders Edition 6/6/19. Still no shipping info and no invite code day after launch. The reason for preorder was to get my gamer tag... Now my expected ship date is 10 days after launch. My gamertag will be gone for sure.

Seriously Google? I already set my expectation of not reciving the controller on launch, but you literally have automated systems for everything!!! You could have sent the code out at midnight launch day to everyone.

Still waiting for my Stadia until now 11/20/19 and already feeling that I made a mistake with the purchase. Lots of reviews show on Google and Access code not sent. (Still don’t have mine atm)
