Lets Support the Role of Paralegals in Aid to empower Community Groups Who need Legal Services. but cannot afford legal Representation, i pledge my hope towards South Africans Making efforts to Support Paralegals

Its only fair that Paralegals are given a chance to practice too, as some or most of the time ordinary citizens cannot afford attorneys fees and in that sense they do not get help, a very simple reference is Legal Aid assist those that earn less than R5500 and attorneys assist those with a lot of money, but the middle class or average paying to poor are struggling...POWER TO PARALEGALSPRACTICING INDEPENDANTLY, and we are not saying they must do exactly everything attorneys do but a start to certain unlimited services such as litigation and estates and maybe limit them coming into criminal law or just to a certain extent

I am in support a 100%. I think paralegals should be recognised for providing a service to the community more especially to those in need and can not afford legal assistances.

Paralegals should be included on the bill I see no reason for the exclusion because there are auxiliary nurses and auxiliary social workers, auxiliary nurses are there to compliment the work done by professional nurses and dr same auxiliary social workers. Paralegal work is there to compliment the work done by attorneys and advocates, I believe this will help to bring awareness and the outcome will be people going in numbers to access legal services because of the help paralegals especial in rural areas.
The between legal resources and communities need to be filled soon please.
