To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing this letter in support of Ms. Inocencia Mahinay and her application for permanent residence in Canada on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds.
Through my close relationship with their family, I have had the opportunity to know Ms. Mahinay personally and to observe her character, values, and positive contributions to those around her.
Ms. Mahinay is a kind, respectful, and compassionate individual who plays an important role within her family and community. She is deeply supportive of her relatives and consistently places the well-being of others before her own. I have seen firsthand how she provides emotional support, guidance, and care to family members, and how much she is relied upon as a stable and loving presence.
Ms. Mahinay has demonstrated strong moral character and a genuine commitment to living responsibly and peacefully in Canada. She is well-integrated into her community, respects Canadian laws and values, and conducts herself with dignity and humility at all times. Her presence brings comfort and stability to those around her, and her removal would cause significant emotional hardship to her family, including my partner and others who depend on her support.
Granting Ms. Mahinay permanent residence on Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds would allow her to continue contributing positively to her family and community, while preventing unnecessary hardship that would result from her separation from loved ones. I firmly believe that allowing her to remain in Canada is both compassionate and justified given her circumstances and the impact she has on those around her.
Thank you for taking the time to consider this letter and for giving thoughtful attention to Ms. Mahinay’s application. I respectfully ask that you give her situation favorable consideration.

I am Buenaventura, brother of Inocencia Mahinay, writing this letter to wholeheartedly support her humanitarian and compassionate application to remain in Canada.
My sister is a kind, hardworking woman who has faced significant challenges in our home country of the Philippines. She has been a pillar of our family, caring for our aging parent and supporting younger relatives through their education. If Inocencia is granted to stay in Canada she will be able to build a stable life and contribute positively to Canada society. I am fully support her in every way possible - providing and ensurring she can have access to necessary resources like healthcare ect. She has already expressed her desire to be a Canadian citizen by staying there in almost a decade serving different children from different families. Separating her to the children she taking care off would cause immense emotional hardship. Her presence would strengthen their relationship and allow her to build and nurture a young minds. I sincerely request that you consider Inocencia's application with compassion and recognize the genuine need for her to be in canada. She will be a valuable member of Canadian society and will uphold the values of this country. Thank you for consideration in this matter.
Respectfully Yours,
BUENAVENTURA J. MAHINAY
