I am writing this petition to express my strong support for Inocencia Mahinay’s humanitarian and compassionate application. I have known Ms. Mahinay for 13 years, and can attest to her character, contributions to our country specially to our family, and the urgent need for the relief sought through this application. Ms Mahinay is the primary caregiver for multiple children in our community. These children see her as a companion, a good friend and feel secured. Ms Inocencia’s presence made a critical role in molding and shaping them a safe environment. What she did/work is not simply a job, it is an inspirations to those young minds who depend on her everyday. Separating Ms Mahinay from them would cause severe emotional distress and put their health and well being at great risk. As a care giver in our community Ms Mahinay has dedicated herself to helping others. She has always conducted herself with integrity, respect, and responsibility. She has no criminal record and has consistently complied with all applicable laws and regulations during her time there. I firmly believe that Ms Mahinay’s case merits humanitarian and compassionate consideration. Allowing her to remain or grant her application would not only help to support her family but also enable her to continue serving our community. I respectfully request that you give this petition full consideration and approve Ms. Mahinay application.
