No industry should inhabit umhlangane road... This is a Residential Z one with the Industrial Park zoned especially for this purpose. Businesses should respect Residential zoning going forward which in turn should be supported/enforced by the local Municipality.

The Trucking Companies on Prince Mhlangana Road, Avoca, 4051 are operated illegally as this area is not zoned for their purpose.
The trucks are a nuisance and are damaging the roads.
