Here is a document to show the many letters of termination over the years from HHCA. Also our own explanations. I covered a few names and addresses out but not all.. it's all public information being a community centre and we don't mind sharing this information ourselves. it should create a nice debate :) heres the link: http://i.imgur.com/QrEyWvR.jpg and zoom in to view fully.

It effects many families in the area and also the many staff employed! A small group of people messing with peoples lives! it's a shame!

This nursery shouldn't be closed.

Who exactly are the committee members? how can we find out? it seems to me that we need to know that they are all aware of what is going on. It can sometimes happen that the few treat the rest like mushrooms, keeping them in the dark. We need to ensure this isn't happening

This is a super nursery and I fully support the excellent service they provide They need everybodys support so we do not loose this valued community center. The children being taught by super staff feel very safe within this friendly atmosphere and gives them confidence to reach their goals in learning and their entrance to Junior school Far too many nursery are closing and we will fight to keep this running . .

Is anybody thinking of the uneccassary unsettlement of these children if this nursery closes? Not to mention the unemployment rate when not only staff lose their jobs but also parents have to give up work as they have nowhere for their children? A nursery is part of a child's development and to take it away out of sheer pettiness as it appears to me is disgusting? Other than selfishness and ignorance what are the true reasons for taking an early years settlement away?? I attended one of the "comittee" meetings and unfortunately it seemed if your face doesn't fit or you aren't somehow associated with the committee and allow them to pull your strings you are strongly unwelcomed.

Something need to be urgently, this is one of the best nurseries I have worked, This is not the first time they are doing this, they have already closed one wing of the nursery in this community centre so what else do they want?.

You should be ashamed depriving a community of a good nursery

Communities are what keep us going...the little people will miss out if the nursery is forced out..

Wouldn't normally share financial info but in this case i will make an exception! The HHCA gave us an Invoice today and true to their word are wanting to charge us £105 per day (£10 per hour) which would equate to over £27,000 per year. For 1 room in a community centre.. not only that we are told NOT to use the community centre bin, to do our own repairs, we don't require a cleaner or caretaker service, we pay our own business rates, in fact we just simply get the ROOM and small office and a lot of hassle! Ohh cant have signs up, no projector allowed to use with our interactive whiteboard, basically a very bad service altogether! CRAZY!

I hope everything possible is done to prevent this nursery closing, I can imagine it will cause a lot of upset if it did to all the children who attend

This is very unfair, my daughter loves this nursery and a lot of people in the community would be lost without the local nursery.

Surely this can't be of any benefit to local community...It sounds to me the only people who benefit are HHCA, however, they are alienating the very people they aim to serve in the process.....Interesting times ahead I feel!! Who is going to use the facilities and services on offer once you have lost the community??....Hope you get someone to listen... Good Luck
