Stop the hate against police officers. With the violence and hate in this world we need to keep our kids safe! Teachers won’t be able to stop someone trying to shoot or harm students

The CAC recommendation doesn't represent the community. It's the PSD board that needs to represent the community and vote to keep SROs

The “special review board” they created was majority biased and did not speak for the hundreds of PSD parents with kids in PSD schools who overwhelmingly voiced their support for the SRO program. It’s the school boards responsibility to make these calls and reap the consequences of their decisions, not to create “task forces” for difficult topics so they can deflect responsibility. Listen to the parents, not the woke 2%.

Encouraging to see that liberalism has become a mindless race to the bottom, at the expense of our children.
And can I assume that any who have the audacity to sign this petition are also somehow racists exercising their white privilege?

Kids need to be safe in a situation and having an officer staffed at all times it’s crucial

Why would we consider otherwise? Keep our SRO’s. They are needed, valued, and appreciated.

Removing SRO's from the schools is extremely shortsighted. Any person on the school board voting for the removal of SRO's from the schools should be held personally and legally responsible for ANY harm brought to children in the PSD school system that could have been prevented by an SRO.

The parents voiced their opinions in the survey that was sent, and it was overwhelmingly in support of SRO’s. The special committee that was formed is biased and does not speak for me or the many others with children in PSD schools.

Why is this still a thing? We’ve answered once. And now we need a ‘committee’? Another lame desperate attempt by the left.

Having an SRO in a school is like having a paramedic...they are the first responder to a situation, a first line of defense to hopefully not have to escalate a situation past where it needs to be. They also are able to form relationships with a population that needs to know where to draw the line in their behavior for their safety and others'.

This shouldn’t even be a topic with the way things are these days. Please keep our resource officers
