I can’t imagine why anyone would recommend removing SROs from our school, but they definitely don’t have our children’s safety in mind. in fact, I would like to see more SROs hired!

SRO’s are necessary in our schools. They build positive student-to-police relations with children at a young age by visiting classrooms, reading books to kids, shooting hoops, and they provide invaluable support to students and families in crisis. Our school community also benefits in knowing that our students are safer should there be an attempt of act of violence, which is all too common in schools. Keep the SRO program!

Our SROs are an important part of safety at our schools. We can’t take a chance and remove them from schools... my kids love having them patrol their schools!!!

SROa are extremely important. Megan Savage is awesome. My 8th grader has a great relationship with her.

I appreciate having SRO's in our building to protect our children every day. This is especially evident in light of what happened today at WMS.

The committee that recommended letting them go needs disbanded. Left leaning political activist, not a non biased committee at all and no input from the police dept!

My black husband and my black child want to keep SROs in our schools. Not all POC have issues. Please do not remove them because a very small percentage struggles with them. Listen to the parents!
