As a father of two current PSD students and two formal students, my family and I always felt that my kids are safe in the presence of the resource officers and I really hope it continues,

I believe it would be a horrible mistake to eliminate resource officers from schools. Please keep our kids safe

Ask Mrs. Benton or the 6th graders on December 2019 at Preston Middle School if they feel comfortable without a SRO officer! Sargent Savage was the first on the scene when Mrs. Benton was stabbed numerous times by a student!!

I strongly suggest that you keep the RSO officers in the schools to foster positive relationships between students and law enforcements.

SROs need to be in schools. I would consider pulling my kids from the district if they are displaced

SROs need to be present in our schools not only for safety, but also as positive role models to the impressionable students.

Please keep our SROs in our schools! They help in so many important ways that can’t always be assessed.

The continuation & any updating for the SRO program in PSD is essential to maintain safety of our students and staff. It also is an important statement of the value Ft Collins places on successful publicly funded education. The loss of this program will deteriorate public education in Ft Collins to an unacceptable level.

I am a teacher in PSD. In my 18 years of experience I have felt safer having a SRO IN THE BUILDING. I strongly believe, teachers will leave PSD if SROs are no longer in the building. My experience with every SRO has been beyond positive. Please listen as the community AGAIN is showing support to have SROs IN THE BUILDINGS.
