Community survey showed overwhelming support, the independent panel did not. Who do we listen to here....the community that entrusts you with our children or a select few on a panel. It is obvious that SROs are valuable and must stay!

Our family is in FULL support of having SRO’s in our PSD schools for the safety of our children. The PSD board needs to be listening to the majority of parents that are in support of this.

This is ridiculous. We protect what we love. Police presence at schools with our children allows kids to build a relationship with them and tells those thinking of doing harm to them to think twice.

SRO’s are needed in our schools to help keep students and staff safe. They provide a presence of deterrence from those who wish to do harm and can be present quickly if there is an issue. They are specially trained to be in schools and I for one want them there to protect my kids.

Students need the reassurance of any and all safety which our SROs provide IN our schools! Please don't take these valuable officers out of our schools. Our kids' safety is at risk if you do!

I feel very strongly that the police presence should still be at the schools. Just today a town I would have never thought would be a target for violence was.

This is just the first of five issues that the BIPOC Alliance (founded by a prominent member of the CAC) is trying to reform, oversee, and control/operate in our community.
