This petition calls for the removal of current SHCA communications management team and the revision of the communications department as a whole.
Time and time again communications management has proven that they are incapable of:- Properly running a department.
- Being able to professionally interact with the community.
- Being able to moderate from an unbiased standpoint.
Unfortunately, the communities voices regarding concerns about communications has been completely and totally drowned out. Fortunately, this is an opportunity to genuinely be heard. I highly encourage everyone who has felt belittled, ignored, and targeted to sign this petition.
The ultimate goal of this petition is to give the communications department a clean state with people that are actually capable of running and managing moderation.
Management being called for removal include:
- SmolMesa
- NortherrnCherries
- JoshBD17
- Lucidist

I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam so fast because usually things just drift into the void but here we are actually getting some real attention. It feels like people are finally waking up to what I have been trying to point out for ages about the mismanagement and the weird bias that just keeps happening behind the scenes. Seeing all these names pop up on the screen makes me feel less like I am just shouting into a dark room and more like something is actually going to break open soon.

Recently me and another person got KICKED off for having an opinion they have scared everyone into being silenced and it’s not right or fair. They cannot take opinions they are passive aggressive as hell towards people they hold ethics as the main issue and they hate them and it’s not fair that they are biased AGAINST PEOPLE. They cannot take constructive criticism at all. They kick you out for even having a opinion and it’s unfair.

Hopefully ownership does something about this. This department shouldn't be ran by emotional little girls who put their feelings before being professional, hence leading to biasness when it comes to moderation.
A reform of the department is needed. Esp with the current state the dept is in with the community....

So so so upset by the way I and my coworkers have been treated by the HR’s I’m genuinely stunned it is so different from other HR’s I’ve dealt with previously.
