Communication Breakdown! BTC customers of the Central Exumas unite for change

Please improve the phone service.

We visit Central Exumas every year and have lots of problems communicating with family back home. Please improve system.

Although I have a personal interest in the needed communication improvements, it would just be better for the Exuma community overall. Thanks.

Communication services are essential in the central Exumas, weather and being informed on upcoming storms in a must. Keep your communication services working 100% of the time is so important.

Get it right!

Your communication and data services are of critical value for cruisers in all the Bahamas, and particularly the Exumas. Support is good in the larger islands, but when in the Exumas, it's hard to get any data at all. Data is critical for weather and safety. Please add some more antennas and faster links.

The phone and internet service continue to worsen over time and it's time to fix it!

A service upgrade in the central Exumas is long overdue.

We have been visitors by sailboat, who look forward to returning to Land and Sea Park and other beautiful Bahamian anchorages, but are disappointed that in order to maintain dependable Internet service for curtent work obglations, we must remain in the States.

The Bahamas Out Islands have been subject to inferior communications services services for years. This is holding back the potential of these islands and the Bahamas as a country. Tourists are hesitant to travel to these islands and residents/citizens are reluctant to inhabit these islands for the same reasons.

We rely on this service for out business. Outages are very expensive for us.

this is costing me business. and we pay for a service we don't get and it's not cheap. fix it please and provide the services accordingly.

Residents who reside in Central Bahamas and tourists who wish to visit need reliable service. In this day and time there is no reason that communication should be so poor. Tourists are already choosing to travel to other islands.

The speed is shocking

We need to have reliable wi-fi and cellular service to spend more than a few days in this area do to business concerns

Please make improvements.

We are cruisers here in the Exumas. BTC data is very important for us to get weather information and without it makes it difficult to travel here.

We spent three months there and were frustrated with poor communications.
