Bend is starting to look like a major city it's sad to see please leave the sacred spots be you are killing the natural feel of bend.

4 story apartment buildings? This will destroy Pilot Butte! Please protect this Bend icon and build elsewhere.

Please do not allow this high developing to go on by the butte!!! There are hundreds of places you can build housing....There is only ONE Pilot butte!!!!

Its concerning what the City is allowing in many of the growing decisions of Bend??? If they are not careful, we will lose the charm of Bend - the reason people are moving here. There is a way to grow in a smart way - I would love to see that with our city. So far it's just concerning.

Just because this development is on the East side, it should still be subject to the same stringent review process and public participation as any similar project anywhere in Bend.

There is a greater need for sustainability. There are many other locations within walking distance of Pilot Butte to build. Please don't build something that can't be recreated. Please think about the long term infrastructure of Pilot Butte and the City of Bend.

This is really dumb. There are plenty of other places developers can ruin with housing. Pilot butte will never be one of them. Build it elsewhere.

The city of Bend should stick to the height limits already on the books, or even lower when next to park land, there should also be some buffer space between the builds and and any park land
