Enforce the existing code. It's there for a reason.

I have encountered the trucks turning off of 8th, honking and demanding we back up so they can turn. Also, the Windsor road is terrible due to the heavy truck traffic.

I live at 2217 Stanley and can attest to the noise issues associated with the truck traffic at this business

I can hear the trucks idling in the wee hours of the morning from my home on Park Place.

This business constantly ignores city code rules, and they need to be fined and monitored until they comply completely with city codes.

I’m upset that part of our neighborhood has been dealing with this issue for so long. Hoping this helps!!

I support this petition.

We support this petition. They have acknowledged they are in open violation of the law and directly impacting the daily lives of Berkeley residents and do not care.

I 100% support this.

The trucks are very aggressive especially at the intersection of 8th and Windsor. They expect me to back up on Windsor so they can make their right turn.

This company violates laws and city ordinances affecting Berkeley Place homeowners on a daily basis!

I am one of property owners on Stanley with the warehouse behind me. The truck traffic and parking is nerve racking and a violent disturbance of the peace, and should not be allowed in such close proximity to homes. Homes that have been here since the 1920’s! It’s a disgrace to our neighborhood.

I have also experienced trouble with trucker making a SPEEDING turn from 8th to Windsor and blaring horn for me to back up. I was making a lawful right turn from Windsor to 8th at the time and had my two babies in the car.

As President of the Berkeley Place Association, we have had numerous conversations with the plant manager and owner of the property over the years regarding this blatant neglect of city code and traffic laws. They have both recognized the comprising lifestyle this places the adjacent residents in, the violation of code and traffic laws, yet have not enforced policy to rectify this situation. This has become egregious and requires city intervention to correct the wrong doing. Call me anytime to discuss - 817-800-5612

These people continue to break the law and harass family life in the neighborhood.
