In addition, those big trucks travel on Windsor and Wilshire from Forest Park Blvd. to get to the plant.

I don't enjoy the safety issues, noise, road degradation, and pollution involved with this business operation.

I live on the east Stanley. The trucks are parked there day and night, 5 ft from my fence/back yard. I have lived here since 1980, and I miss the days when this was not an issue. The trains were never the problem that this truck situation is. The air and noise pollution, the destruction, the litter and the loss of privacy is invasive as well as dangerous to our health, our property, our vehicles, and privacy in our homes. It is an issue for all of Berkeley Place. We are bordered by not just the beautiful Forest Park area, but this unlawful trucking situation as well. It is not good for our neighborhood.

We also live on Stanley, and we witness these trucks on a near-daily basis. They have been violating city code for years. They tear up the road on Windsor, yell and gesture aggressively at neighborhood residents when they are trying to turn onto Windsor from 8th, and they consistently idle on the side of the road and behind our neighbors' houses.

These trucks operate 24/7 coming in off 8th to Windsor to enter CSC Sugar. They are loud, tearing up the street, parking at all hours along Windsor Pl awaiting their turn to load up I assume. My home is on Warner Rd and I can hear these 18 wheeler's running. We are a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we'd like to keep it that way. Please enforce current city codes 24/7 CSC is in violation of. Thank you.

In addition to truck traffic, semi trucks/trailers appear to be traveling over a residential street not to designed to support the weight of tractor & trailer. Windsor, between Stanley and 8th Ave stays in a condition of disrepair. In addition to truck traffic, the rail yard operates loud machinery Sundown to Sunup damaging the senerity of the Berkeley Neighbor. We Pray for relief from this nuisance which did not exist until recently. Thank you.

Please help our neighborhood and neighbors. This petition and request comes after a series of significant efforts by this neighborhood to work with the company and City to improve and enforce the code that exist.

These trucks are tearing up our road on Windsor and 8th when they have another entrance and exit further South on 8th. This residential neighborhood is not a truck stop!

This is more than a nuisance for our neighborhood with the wear and tear of the roads at Windsor and 8th as well as other issues mentioned.

Our neighborhood is being used as a truck stop. The road on Windsor is a wreck due to the constant 18 wheeler traffic. They cannot enter the road without taking out two lanes of traffic swerving into on coming traffic. It is very dangerous.

Truck Drivers Are inconsiderate to neighborhood drivers on Windsor. Please help make Windsor an attractive entrance to our neighborhood.
