I live on Windsor very near the parking and use violations. The diesel smells are awful in the mornings and when trucks are parked waiting. I am wondering if medical facility that is being built across from CSC sugar parking and drive are aware of the health issues caused by these huge trucks parking and idling? It is so awful.

The incessant beeping of the back-up horns from the CSC yard vehicles that repositions their tank trailers occurs until the wee hours. The oftentimes heavy diesel fumes are an added no-frills benefit. East Windsor road is resembling moon craters. Our FW code compliance folks are slacking.

This is a residential neighborhood
And large trucks parked on our streets are disturbing (loud) and cause a safety hazard for our many walkers. bikers , children and pets.

Should not need a resident petition for CIty officials to do their job. Enforce the existing codes. They exist for a reason.

I agree with the previous comments re: truck traffic on Windsor. I would add that the noise from the railyard is likely above that allowed by the code. The problem isn't so much the volume as it is the continuous nature of the noise, from early morning to late evening, weekends, holidays, even Easter morning. It makes the backyards on Stanley quite unpleasant. Thanks for your work.

CSC Sugar’s commercial trucks are out of control, especially for their immediate proximity to a residential neighborhood. This is a dangerous situation. Their drivers have been rude, disrespectful, and, at times downright dangerous by their aggressive driving in a residential area. Something needs to happen before they hurt someone.

This situation has been so egregious now for so long it begs the question of whether homeowners interests or common sense decency are being addressed in pct. 9.
