I cannot believe that the beautiful fountain in the neighborhood, that was not the best in Palm Desert has caused so unrest and difficulty after all the monies, the Biggi's have spent so far on trying the better the area.

there is a statue of a little bpy peeing in brussels belgium that is famous and is a tourist attraction .if something that maybe offensive to a lot of people is a landmark attraction how can you find this beautiful statue offensive or not in tume with whatever frivlious law you want to enact.

If you want to encourage development, the city must be mindful of the fees and regs with which developers are saddled. All these costs are project costs and are passed on the the final price to the user and if not the project won't get built.

Having a Public Art Committee to decide what is "good art" is repugnant in our free society. Since the beginning of time, artwork has been the creative right of the artist and the patron, and not determined by appointed municipal committees.

Citys need to understand that we are their clients not the other way around.
Fees that prohibit business growth or start ups need to be addressed on a level of task forces.These should consist of city employees and business owners.

On private property the owner should be allowed to place what they wish as long as not profane or overtly sexual.

The high price pf doing business in Palm Desert can go from a gem back to coal. Revisit the staggering price)s new businesses are faced with!

Please look at the big picture when reviewing and making decisions on fees for the growth of businesses like Venus de Fido.
This business is exactly the kind of property that adds to the class of Palm Desert.
