Comcast is hiding behind technical fine print while people are sitting in their homes completely unprotected. They think they can ignore us because we are just one household but they are dead wrong about that. We are not letting this slide until they fix their equipment or pay for the lines they made useless.

Comcast is ignoring the fact that their technology is putting lives at risk. The momentum we have right now proves they cannot hide from this failure anymore.

THIS IS ABOUT REAL PEOPLES LIVES. stop ignoring the problem and get it working. we should not have to pay extra just to feel safe in our own homes.

ridiculous that safety is being put second to profit. my grandma relies on her alert system and if comcast cant make it work they should pay for the extra line. fix this now.
