These caps are just stupid when lot of people are streaming HD videos playing games online chatting on a HD web cam & streaming music. In the near future more & more people are gonna be going over this cap as everything on the net will take more & more bandwidth to view it. If you are a mid to heavy internet user & you think these cap are just wrong sign this petition. When we get enough people to sign this petition this will be forwarded to Comcast.
