Columbus Neighbors Against Joli Development's RS4

I recently moved to East Ridge Manor. I would not like to see more traffic.

That is way too many houses per acre. We don't need more cookie cutter houses jammed up on top of each other like that. Just leave this as green space or no more than 2 or 3 houses per acre and keep some of the mature trees. Whats the point in having a house if there's no yard? You would be better off with an apartment and let someone else take on the cost of maintenance.

I'm not certain I understand the benefit to the community. I certainly understand the benefit to the company trying to cram as many houses as possible in as small plots as permissible by the government. This is not a fair representation of Columbus' long term goals and safety of it's residents. I hope this is rezoned more in alignment with R2 zoning. Thank you for listening!

A little less dense of a neighborhood would add much more value in the long term. Whereas the opposite, crowded neighborhoods without good roads will quickly make these homes undesirable. You can still achieve affordable housing without going to that extreme within the city limits.

I oppose the proposal for rezoning. Keeping the area safe by not packing more residents in small lots, also driving the value of our neighborhoods down.

I am concerned about the population volume in this small area. I am also concerned about the lot size for homes. People need space. Building homes practically touching each other gives no space nor privacy. Privacy is very important to many people.

Unexceplable, especially with one exit and entrance???

Taylor road is already congested. This would just add to to the congestion.

This RS4 proposal is clearly a matter of profit over community. Please, please do not allow this to happen.

I wish the city would inform us 1st and then listen to our concerns on all matters.

The impact of this development in the original plan is far to great to everyone in the area. Property values and traffic will have a negative impact. The plan doesn’t not go with the current landscape of the area. They can build some homes but not so many please.

I'm against RS4, if developed RS2 would better serve the area.

Too many lots and traffic pattern is not good.

Very against a jam packed subdivision effecting the traffic flow of our safe walkable neighborhood

Live in Greenbriar and worried about increase in traffic. Also, worried about drainage and how the neighborhood will effect our storm/water system with changing the removal of trees and excavation for roads and so many homes. Not happy with wanting developers to be allowed to put so many homes on such small lots.

This is way too many homes for that area. Traffic on Taylor and Marr Roads is already terrible.

Killing trees, causing more traffic congestion on already non-flowing roads is not what is needed or wanted by surrounding neighborhoods.

As someone who uses Taylor road, adding 90+ cars is really high. 60+ is high, but more manageable than 90!
