This petition is to encourage the Indianapolis Colts leadership to Fire Ryan Grigson and replace Pep Hamilton with someone that will best utilize the talents of the Colts offensive powerhouse. Grigson has completely ignored the defensive needs in the past draft class choosing to take an athlete that simply adds depth to an already very DEEP position. Grigson is poisoning the Colts organization slowly and methodically creating a rift amongst leadership. It's time to move forward and without Grigson or Hamilton.
