Local infrastructure (Cracked Egg Roundabout, Bullerthorpe Lane, Colton Primary, Colton Mill Doctors) already struggles to cope with the local population and traffic. Furthermore the proposed site is Greenfield and other Brownfield sites should be considered long before this development site.
