This cannot go ahead. We cannot cope with the influx of cars & people. This is the only section on geen alnd we have in Colton and the wildlife will suffer. Go build on all the brown belt land that is available!!!

No need for this! Tell them to save up for a deposit for a house like we had to! Crime will go up...they need to pay their way just like we do.

There is vacant land nearer the city centre suitable for housing, for example, Cross Green Lane, LS9.

Ridiculous idea to house travellers on our countryside and green belt land, Colton is becoming overcrowded already this would only add to it, it would also be detrimental to our small bit of countryside we have in our popular village.

This is an outrage, the area is already congested and overcrowded, why would Leeds city council think it ok to put forward plans without consulting residents? There are plenty of other areas that they could build new houses and install a Travellers site. Temple Newsam is a beautiful visitor attraction and will be spoilt by this proposed development.

No thought or planning has gone into this. Do we ever see this type of proposal for North or West Leeds? There's a lot of green belt land around Harewoood and Wetherby but no such plans are ever seen for those locations.
this is not right stop it now.
