17 years living in the Estates. Finally, a much needed Publix has been built here. Please CC over throw Orange Tree Utility. How could 3 public schools open out here along with all the developments and now a Publix is being held up! This is not fair!

I have never been treated in such a fascist manner in my life as I have been treated by Orange Tree Utility company. They are the poster-people for why there is a Public Utilities Commission in place to protect the public from monopoly utility companies!

Orangetree Utility has held us hostage long enough - causing the Publix not to open is the last straw. Collier County leaders should intervene to benefit Orangetree Utility customers - but this is costing ALL Collier County residents thousands in litigation, too, so ALL Collier County taxpayers are being hurt by Orangetree Utility and the commissioners need to take action.

Richard Ritterbusch from Valencia Lakes - Wrote to the Collier Commissioners and gave permission for this to be posted on the petition:
We have been living in the Valencia Lakes development since 2004, waiting for a grocery store for TWELVE YEARS! In that time we have also had some of the worst experiences of our lives dealing with the corrupt Orangetree water company, run by Roberto Bollt. (I have previous spoken to you about his company's practices.)
We have been celebrating this new Publix store since it was announced and have been very frustrated with the continued delays that we understand have been precipitated by Bollt and his company. Now, we hear that Publix could actually walk away from this store--leaving it vacant indefinitely--if they cannot get satisfaction from the County Commission in your upcoming meeting!
We are livid and demand that you take action to stop holding up the store and the anticipated (and much welcomed) takeover of Orangetree Utilities. If this problem is allowed to go unaddressed and unresolved we will be very disappointed in the Collier County Commissioners! We can see no reason for allowing this nonsense to continue, while we all suffer! Thank you in advance for your and your colleagues attention to this matter.
