It's ridiculous that these people are delaying what is a huge progress for our area, we are finally moving forward and they want to put their foot in the way. We NEED our Publix, get out of the way and let it happen!

This is ridiculous. If the company cannot handle providing the appropriate amount of water to the community it is suppose to serve, for a reasonable price, then they should not be in business.

Not sure what exactly the problem is, but a solution should be found quickly. Can't imagine while the utility company wouldn't turn on water as they are going to make $ when they do. Publix and any other future growth shouldn't be held up by one company. Also an abandoned building will cause property values to decrease quickly and if there is no commercial growth there will not be any residential growth. The community will suffer is this is not resolved quickly.
I also would hope for some kind of road improvement at 8th and Randall. ASAP. My daughter is getting license, and my biggest worry is that she will get in accident trying to get on Randall in the morning to go to school. The traffic is horrible both ways on Randall. People are not patient, honking when you don't go when they think you should have.

Orange Tree Utility was a nightmare to deal with when I was moving. The lady was very rude and impatient to answer questions about why I was being billed for complete nonsense. Collier County needs to step up and take over, we want our Publix

Publix is so needed for the community in the vast area of the Estates. Not sure how something like this can happen, but depend upon our commissioners to settle the issue. I thank you in advance for helping to rectify the situation and get Publix opened.

Orangetree Utility needs to be under the County so that all customers receive the same treatment .....Publix has been left in limbo while this guy sits back and plays games ..... Needs to be corrected immediately ....
