Allura does not fit the low density residential neighborhoods that surround the corner of Livingston Rd and Veterans. It is enormously incompatible, it is not needed, and will be a terrible precedent for any community in Collier County that relies on sound planning and zoning.

Please follow the planning commison in turning down this project which does not fit with any of the communities around. Employees of Arthrex have said they want HOUSES not apartments. This type of housing in not needed and is incompatible.

Our area roads are already too congested, especially in season and in light of what is planned and approved. Please stand up for the residents that want quality of life which Naples has been known to provide for it's residents.

The roads cannot handle this amount of residential vehicles. Then worse; contractors, maintenance works, delivery vehicles and guests.

Zoning changes cannot be made unless there is public benefit. There is no public benefit to this project in this area and this is not a mixed-use or commercial area. This is also NOT affordable housing, but luxury apartments for which there is no data supporting a need for. This area is totally residential. Your ethical obligation is to protect your residents who pay their county taxes. We urge you to guard against greedy developers running the County. That is your job, not theirs. Please do it and vote no.
Thankyou
