Do not allow greed to destroy a lovely community, a beautiful lifestyle and our hard earned investments in our homes. No good ever came from greed and to allow this project is to bring not only unhappiness to those of us immediately affected but to those who allow it to happen

The area is incompatible for this project and the intersection cannot handle the increased traffic. It places everyone including students that walk and bike to school at risk.

The traffic on Livingston is horrific now, can't imagine how another 300 to 400 cars will affect it.

I strongly oppose this development in it's entirety. In April 2018, I purposely purchased a home in Barrington Cove because of the excellent location and friendly residential atmosphere with and caring neighbors. Never had it ever been disclosed to me about this apartment complex, as it is my understanding that the developer was also unaware. Then 6 months after my purchase, I am informed by an appraiser that if the apartment complex is built, my new home will be valued at $60,000 less than what i paid for it. It seems to me that the wishes of the majority of the population/home owners in and around Livingston/Veterans, most of which have expressed their extreme objection to this proposed project, should be given greater consideration over a rogue developer who can easily build his project in a neighborhood surrounded by the population he supposedly intends to serve.

Please do not allow this project to move forward. Very disappointing that the traffic & environment would damaged as well as life in our Barrington Cove community.

Please do not rezone this area. Would cause more congestion. This is a lovely area that should remain as it already is and not cause for more incompatible housing.

Too dense, too tall. Better for single family homes like the rest of the area
