I am not in favor of the Allura project. As mentioned in the petition the roads cannot support it, the traffic + congestion is already challenging. The developers will not be satisfied until every square inch of SW Florida is developed.

The volume of traffic on Livingston is already bad! The addition of the High School and the new store at Immokalee will worsen a difficult situation. Existing zoning plan should be the basis for paproval

The traffic on Livingston’s is already a nightmare at rush hours. This project would make it much worse!

To much traffic between 4pm and 6pm now we do not need this project. We are building a new High School down the road. More buses and cars will add to the road.

I agree that this project should be stopped. The additional traffic will seriously affect the already heavy volume, particularly in season. I've seen backups to Bonita Beach Road in non season. In addition, children attending the new school to be built in this area will be exposed to greater danger. We don't need to create another New York City.

I agree with the petition against this project. In addition to stated Livingston Rd traffic concerns, tenants of 273 new Mosaic apartments, plus 240 at Versol and 264 more units at Bonita Beach and 75 will be using this North-South traffic corridor.

The additional traffic on Veteran’s Boulevard will exacerbate existing congestion at the Veteran’s/Livingston intersection and on the entire length of Livingston Blvd between Immokalee and Bonita Beach Blvd where the traffic jams already exceed 2 miles during rush hour in season.

Amount of traffic and the only exit being on Veterans is a huge problem for us in The Strand! Incompatible with surroundings too!

Strongly oppose the Allura project. The density is too high creating additional traffic and creates a community inconsistent with the surrounding the communities.

I do now want this community to be built because we have too much construction already. This could lead to a huge traffic nightmare. It also does not fit the profile of the surrounding areas.

No way do we need this blight on our community with the unnecessary severe burden on Livingston Rd traffic.

Please vote no to allowing this project. Livingston is already congested with the NN Middle School and the new High School it will only get worse. Rezoning and community planning should not be left to the whim of the Developers who care little about the existing communities and simply want to line their pockets.

I am a resident in Barrington Cove and experience the in-season issues with the traffic on Livingston and having difficulty getting into my subdivision.

Vote no on this project. There is already congestion on Livingston with the Middle School and will be more with the planned High School. Zoning and community planning should not be left to the whim of developers who only want to line their pockets with no regard to the neighboring communities.
