Collier County Communities Against Allura Rezoning

This is a major problem for the people living in the Livingston Road Corridor, this will cause more traffic on Livingston Road which is now overloaded and a traffic nightmare.

An apartment complex is incompatible with our residential communities at this location.

I’m not in favor of this project as it will negatively impact our home values as well as increase the already too-busy traffic on Livingston Rd.

Please vote No on Allura.

This project is incompatible with the single family home communities in the area. High end low profile condominiums would be more suitable, as well as another single family home Community. Otherwise the increased traffic and increased number of school children could not be accommodated within the current infrastructure of this residential area.

Incompatible with neighboring communities. Too much traffic to already crowded area. Do approve of more single family, detached housing- no apartments, no multi-family.

We really don’t need to lower the standard of the neighborhood There is a premium to living where we live and that is because we don’t have condominiums like that In addition to traffic issues, it will jam up the schools as well And it will be ugly,

We are against the density in this area. The traffic is too much with the schools and the backup to Bonita Beach Rd.

Please do not approve this monstrosity

I agree that this project should be stopped. The additional traffic will seriously affect the already heavy volume, particularly in season. Also with the addition of the new school to be built in this area it would put the children in greater danger.
