Approving these apartments would he an irresponsible decision, greatly impacting our traffic congestion and water management.

I am against the Allura project due to the increased traffic it will cause on an already over-taxed Livingston Rd. It will not fit in with the surrounding communities.

The Allura complex is without question, incompatible with the existing communities on Livingston Rd.
This size development would put an undo hardship on the roads and infrastructure along Livingston Rd. and likely to put unbearable stressor on the current roads and access ways. Please forgo this large rental community as it is not in keeping with the density of the surrounding single family housing communities on the Livingston Rd. corridor. 9K.

No rezoning, the plan should remain as originally designed. The area is already too densely populated.

The traffic situation in this area is already intolerable. It will be worst when Oakes Farms opens and the current developments along Immokalee road are completed.

Livingston Road cannot absorb the increased traffic that will result from the new High School. It most certainly cannot handle the increased traffic from a high density apartment comp!ex. It is also an area of single family homes. This type of growth needs to stop.

We oppose the Allura project. This project does not fit in with the surrounding communities, it will bring too much traffic to a road that is already congested and will decrease property values.

Please do not allow this to be built and add more traffic and congestion to our area. Thank you so much.

I’m opposed to the Allura development, particularly for the increased traffic it will cause on an already overtaxed Livingston.

This project is incompatible with the single family home communities in the area. High end low profile condominiums would be more suitable, as well as another single family home Community. Otherwise the increased traffic and increased number of school children could not be accommodated within the current infrastructure of this residential area.

If anyone travels up and down the Livingston/Imperial corridor you know what the traffic is like. It’s impossible.
