Preserve the Diginity of the Divinity School Campus

This plan is out of synch in every way with our neighborhood. Please vote no

CRCDS campus is an icon of Rochester history that deserves a better design for its next chapter of use in the community.

This project if it goes ahead will destroy the character of this uniquely beautiful campus and the lovely equally unique neighborhood that surrounds it.

Here we go yet again...(think prior parcel 5 suggestions, the Eastman Museum's recent neighbor along Univ. Ave, the Cobbs Hill land grab) with a banal, oversized, design completely out of harmony with its immediate neighborhood. Don't these local developers get it at all? Good design drives smart development and profits in the long run. Stupid, grossly oversized, big box banality in your face for the sake of filling up a parcel of land, is the expression of a developer's firm belief that only greed and lack of imagination are good. There is no reason the city needs to swallow or should condone/approve such short sided, monstrous, crudity.

The proposed looms far too large for the neighborhood, affecting too many residents all for the profit of the developer. With NO BENEFIT to our existing residents, this project must be rejected unless it is first scaled back dramatically.

The new proposed plan is an eyesore.

Don't ruin the neighborhood for all for some money for a few

This project is whack af and is not needed in the neighborhood. Its already crowded enough and 3 big ugly buildings are being built on south goodman right off the ramp messing up traffic even more then it already is.

Please slow down on this plan and think of the whole picture for the future for the neighbors homes and history of the school. please do not cut down the trees and put up apartment buildings to ruin the sight. Is making money in rent the only goal of the people who planed this.

As a neighbor in the Highland Park neighborhood I am incredibly discouraged by the developers proposal.

I sent a detailed letter to council members about the lack of vision and disruption to the environment. This is a misuse of that site.

It just gets bigger and bigger until we don't feel like we live in a 'neighborhood' any longer.

This plan is shoehorning two oversized building on a fragile site. Save the Moraine!

After over 100 years of historical stewardship and careful tending of Colgate's legacy, this landmark site will be reduced to a nondescript box of people and banal shopping center designed to pad the developer's pocket. The profound lack of imagination of this developer is staggering. Rochester deserves better, and the City Council should demand better.

This is a historic landmark and should be preserved. There are other locations nearby that could be developed or renovated that would improve the area. Seems senseless to destroy this landmark.

My wife and I got married here and have fond memories of this place, it would be a shame to abandon all of its historic character and presence in Rochester.

Please keep our neighborhood the beautiful residential neighborhood that it is! The new Colgate plan doesn't fit!
