They actually listened and finally issued the apology we demanded so I guess some standards still exist in this industry after all. I am just genuinely relieved that accountability won out in the end even if it took way too long to get here. Keep those eyes open though because …

Stephen Colbert attacked our President on May 1st. Colbert used obscene language on network TV to describe the leader of the free world. "The President's mouth is a cock holster for Putin." That is just one of several over the top, crude comments made by Colbert. He needs to either apologize and ensure to his audience that this will never happen again or CBS needs to fire him immediately. The office of our President deserves a minimal amount of respect to be shown to it, no matter who holds the office. Network TV is paid for by sponsors. If no action is taken, then the next step is to boycott CBS sponsors

I am actually reading through all these messages because it is wild how many people feel like the decorum on TV has just totally vanished lately. People keep asking me what the next move is after CBS stays silent and honestly I think hit them where it hurts because the sponsors are the only thing that really seems to matter to these networks anyway.

Disgraceful Why would you talk that way to the President of the United states? Doesn't he realize that he insults the millions of people that voted for him. That is just insulting!

I am sickened by Stephen Colbert's crude and disgusting description of our President. Unless he issues a strong and sincere apology for these comments, I and my entire family will boycott the show and any network that continues to back him.

Colbert has a right to his opinion, BUT he should NOT be covering his lack of talent by making sick and snide comments about OUR President. Boycott his show. Notify his sponsors you wil be boycotting their products.

The comments Steven Colbert made about the President of the United States is outrageous. He should be immediately terminated and anything less indicates CBS's approval of his position.

This tasteless idiot needs to be fired. I've never seen such disrespect for a president ever . I intend to post Colberts commercial sponsors on the web and contact each company telling them that my family will not be purchasing there products and encouraging others to do the same till this idiot is fired.

Please make CBS force Stephen Colbert off the network TV. He is a radical liberal democratic cultist who thinks by his comments he can kick President Trump out of office. Many democrats and likewise democratic news medias have tried the same thing during the election and now after. Didn't work. We need to shut his mouth and put him in his place. it's time to put and end to Stephen Colbert once and for all.
