I honestly never thought this would gain this much steam but here we are and people are actually fired up about the nonsense targeting Dave. It feels good to see so many folks agreeing that comedy needs to be protected from these ridiculous outrage cycles even if I am still trying to process how quickly this all snowballed.

I just checked and we hit a hundred signatures which is honestly way more than I thought would happen when I was ranting at my screen last night. It feels pretty great to see people actually agreeing that this whole campaign against Dave is completely ridiculous and just missing the point of comedy entirely.

I really never expected to get this many messages from people who just want their late night shows to stay exactly as they are without all the constant manufactured outrage. Some folks have been sending me the rudest emails about why they dislike Dave but honestly it just makes me want to keep this thing going even longer because who has the energy to boycott a tv show over a couple of jokes anyway.
