I did not receive my nsfas allowance since the coinvest thing was introduced, it been 6 months an when I try to check on coinvest it says password or username invalid, when I call it does not go through.

For me I feel like coinvest failed us as students I did register but even today my balance is still 0.00 I tried so many times to call and send emails I got no respond and we need that allowance

Not all monthly payments are made into the coinvest account. We received only 4payments what happened to the other months.

I have registered with coinvest when it was first introduced submitted my ID and everything that was needed. I saved my username and password so I will not have a problem in future. But when I login it says it incorrect, when I try to reset the OPT that is supposed to be sent has never been sent. I have sent several emails with no response
