Coinvest must fall...Some of the students had never received their monthly allowance since they registered with coinvest account

I have not received my allowances since May 2023

I didn't receive my allowance since July. It's now October.

I have not recieved any allowance since coinvest was introduced it was all good and well when unisa handled the allowances straight into my account no additional charges Nsfas has failed us

students, we are struggling. Our studies and exams are being severely affected because we do not receive our living allowances or book allowances on time from NSFAS (National Student Financial Aid Scheme) and Coinvest. Without these funds, many of us cannot afford the required textbooks for our courses or even basic necessities like internet access.

I've never received my monthly allowance since this coinvest thing starts and even if you send endless emails still there's no response from them. When you are trying to call coinvest or NSFAS to enquire about your money, they keep on blaming each other.

I am tired of coinvest. Since July their website has been saying oh no, I called them and the lady on the phone had the audacity to lie and tell me that they would fix the is for me. Their website looks like a scam website from 2014. I am tired. #CoinvestMustFall
