Thank God I only have a few bucks in the account right now, but I'm trying to buy BTC, and they're telling me to verify my identity (which I don't have a problem doing) by sending my state ID/driver's license (which I have) plus a selfie (which is a reasonable request, they want to verify me against my ID -- BUT YOU CAN'T UPLOAD A PHOTO OF YOURSELF! I click on the link they gave me and I keep going back to the same page where you can ONLY upload the front and back of your government-issued ID. I've explained this to them several times, and each time, I only get the boilerplate response back. "Click on this link and here's what we need from you"

For over three months now Coinbase has most of my life savings: 1.922 BTC; 42 ETH; and 100 LINK locked in their vaults, I filed 10 support cases and have just filed a formal complaint. I'm suing if my problem is not resolved by May 12, 2021.

Locked my account on April 1st because of unauthorized changed password. Have only received automated emails since then. Filed complaint with CFPB against Coinbase on April 19th. Coin base did respond with they need 20 business days to investigate. It’s criminal what they have done to me and many others. No communication but from bots when I need to know what’s going on with my account.

$3000usd vanished from my new coinbase wallet , tokens transfered and never ever arrived . Called coinbase got robot , emailed coinbase everyday for 30 days and got zero or robot responses. Im still locked out with money on coinbase pro
