How can a public company have no customer service. I had been searching for a way to contact this office, I can't find any. This is totally absolutely unacceptable.

I used coinbase almost 2 years & coinbase pro (cb pro) as long as it's been available I've bought plenty I'm no newbie. March 22 2021 I attempted a $400 usd deposit into my cb pro account instead of "succes, immediately trade" I got "pending" . Going on 2 months later it still says pending on cb pro. 1st I got an email said "insufficient funds" then I got an email said "Complete" I clicked on it it took me to reg coinbase where the transaction history reads "complete" "deposited $400 usd March 22" (now along with the "pending" on cb pro there's also a "complete" but I NEVER DID get my $400 in my balance. It NEVER showed & I never had access to it. After a month & many messages from me I get an email from them saying I was "credited" No. I was NOT. Credited how? $400 left my bank & NEVER appeared on my counbase usd balance. Full disclosure Like a dumbass I have deposited more probably 5-7 separate times since but when I do I immediately buy crypto. It's the whole reason I deposited because there's an asset I want to buy. There was Nothing bought with the $400 from March 22nd that left my bank account & ever since has eluded my grasp. They don't care. The one email that maybe wasn't an autobot sounded like they barely glanced at the issue all of 5 seconds then spent 15 seconds messaging me & that was that.

Unauthorized withdrawal of my money from my account to unknown paypal account.
Coinbase could not give more details about the unauthorized logged in to my account? (ie, ip address, log file, screenshot ...)? Their answers were so general and blamed to users without any evidence.

Can't withdrawal crypto for 5 days now. Inexcusable with no ability to talk to an actual person. Cases go down a black hole. $55 B company can't afford legit customer service?

Longtime Coinbase Pro user (US citizen, 65 years old), done plenty of buying/selling/trading on my CBPro account over the past couple years. Since April 10, 2021, though, I can't transfer btc to any other account. Not to my other exchanges (Kraken, Gemini), nor to people (friend in Europe, web person in India). The addresses get verified, and the Submit process successful goes through, but then 20 seconds later, I get an email from Coinbase that says "You are unable to send Bitcoin. Please contact support." Nothing else. Been trying to contact CB support since then, and we have heard nothing back. We've also tried selling our btc, and nothing.

I tried to unfreeze my account. I froze it due to getting scammed. Coinbase made me open a newaccount. They have my Etherium and litecoin.Even after 10 emails. I really hope you can help
