I have overall 1000$ in Coinbase in BTC,ETH. I tried to withdraw and suddenly my account is under review. It has been in review for WEEKS. Even though my accuont has been verified once, it was necessary in order to make trades. So how is it again under review? I contacted support and got a standard massage to be patient!?

Coinbase seems like a scam to me. Oh and if they say, they can't be hacked just laugh, they have some interesting security holes for a company they should not have.

Coinbase locks you out if your account and takes month to get back in only to discover all of your coins were stolen. Multiple emails over months and still have not talked to a person. An automatic message will say your case is resolved. They are terrible. Do not use coinbase!

I have been locked out of my account since January. I have asked for help to reset more than 30 times. I always get the same answer " thanks for reaching out to us, we'll get some one from our technical dept to resolve your issue within 48 hours" and that is the end of the response. I already contacted the financial consumer office, and they got the same answer. It's a shame that coinbase treats their clients like that. Sign me up.
