Coinbase lost my funds, within their system (transfer from coinbase pro to coinbase) using their built in tools. They will not get back to me and this happened 5 months ago.

Verification is still processing at coinbase app and i cannot proceed with any trade, buy or sell.
Even using coinbase wallet, i cannot add a payment method as i don't get any options, it's blank page.

Money in vault can not be even drawn to wallet and never receive a confirmation on secondary , only cancellation of withdrawal.
