Coinbase Customer Support catastrophe

Coinbase revenue is insane. Why can’t they afford live phone and chat support ?

I can't withdraw anymore from the vault because I'm told that withdrawal is already in progress on it while this transaction doesn't exist. I tried to reach the support several times but I'm always getting automatic answer as coinbase doesn't offer support for my country. If someone could help

Locked out of my account after getting a new cell phone. hundreds hung up as insufficient to transfer, then another $250 in coinbase pro that isn't even listed as available to send to an external wallet. Absolute and total BS

Locked out and they never respond to emails. People with money invested deserve better service. This is absurd.

I had spent $5000 in coinbase in dec 2017, One fine day in march 2020 all my money is gone i had a zero balance in my coinbase account. Since then im trying to get in touch with someone who call help me (customer service) it seems impossible, i filed a complain over email (around 100 times) but still no result till to date. I wish someone can help me !!

Coinbase is gross. They need to sell the company off to someone who can manage it.

My account is under verification for over 2 months, the customer support is horrible and just send template answers that don't solve the issue. They don't give the option to withdraw funds and close the account, and the amount they are holding is close to 3000 USD at the moment.

Just need a phone number changed to access account. Nothing from them for weeks. Its ridiculous.

They lost money and do not respond

Have been trying to reach out to customer support for 8 weeks. Have escalated the case as high as possible and still no response. We need help. Coinbase is a scam

Horrible service !!!!!!!!!!!!! Fees are lies !!! Always robs me of true sell price!!!!!!!!!! Charges me 2.5% conversion fee plus screwed me on the true price !!!!! Multiple times !!!!!!!!!!!

Customer support for their company is complete trash and I can’t get my money back

My account was hacked 1000$ worth of crypto got transferred out

Coinbase will not reinstate my account. No explanation as to why, and I am begging them. There is a fee I owe and they simply won't take it out of the crypto I send to the platform. They have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I would only like to know why, so I can use the platform or at least have an know why they are refusing me the use of their platform.

Over a month now and not a peep ever since email, phone number and coinbase accounts hacked.I lost email forever, got number back thankfully, and had CB put freeze on all action. Well they sure as heck wont help me get back into account. If there is petition for bitrue also let me know.

Inside theft of coins and no help from coinbase support. I firmly believe someone inside coinbase stole my money. They must be audited and regulated

Attempting to buy the dip and receiving a notice of insufficient funds from coinbase, which is not the case.
