I paid term 3 tutiond fee but she were able to attend school only 5 days. I would like to ask the refund about it with same ratio.

I prefer extra class rather than refund. I hope Cognita have some sympathy and responibility for parents who suffered a lot with many aspect durung this sitiation.

The proposed reduction is unacceptable and in no way commensurate with time lost. I feel that Cognita needs to look at this as educators and community members, not as a multinational preserving profitability.

finance division is short-sighted, cold, greedy and agressive. it issues the new home learning agreement so parents have to sign to agree receiving no refund. the school does not understand what parents have been through.

School doesnt run normally now and kids stay at home and operation cost surely lower than ever . So school fee must be cut off accordingly and learning schedule also have to be adjusted to absorb this situation for keeping kids learning plan as much as possible. The profit accumulated so far to school should be used for overcoming this difficulties for all of us, school, parents and pupils. All the world is now in hard season and trying to help one another. How on earth this school keep going on the doctrine ME FIRST?

The compensation is for parents who will continue schooling next yr.
what about parents who have to leave Vietnam as they are put on leave without pay (by company) till December and cannot survive the expenses..
There are parents who were paying school fee from their own pockets and not company funded.
How will they continue to live in Vietnam if the company has told them LWP till further notice because of Corona .. especially aviation sector.
I am from aviation sector and our company has put us on LWP till don't know when .how do expect us to continue to stay in Vietnam..
Relief should be given to parents who are unable to continue next year .
