A few comments
1. The School term should be extended in line with the Vietnam school year and cover these marginal cost as part of standard business risk and a way of compensating their "customers".
2. There should not be any fee increases for the coming year as all businesses are suffering.
3. If there are internal financial issues Cognita, the planned dividend from the holding group Sofina should be withheld to support the businesses (including the Cognita schools).

We agree with this petition. tresury department at issp is not supportive, agressive only know ask money money money. my child has not studied even a day at school but now have to pay full fee, no refund, i have go back to korea, there are many lies

We do not agree with 50% fee reduction and 3% increase. The online learning quality we received is very poor. 5 & 8 years children cannot adopt this method.

I’d suggest the school needs to engage parents prior to just send out emails ok increased fees and so on. Given the impact this COVID-19 virus has had on all of us. It’s not just about that school. Please stay student and customer focused.

I am one of the parents who have to move out of Vietnam due to lost job, so I won't be able to benefit from the discounted school fee. It seems very sad that the school only care about returning students, whereas I have 2 kids who have been with ISHCMC for 3 years. It is not my choice that I have to move away, and lost 550mil worth of tuition fee. Any help is counted in this unprecedented time
