When parents are asked to pay the COE (15,000usd bind per student) which you receive 80% return when your child leaves the school or you can pay on top of normal fee 3-4K usd this is the school preparing for specifically another SARS is what we were told. This is simple the school has been taking taking the insurance for people and now not paying out. I’m very close to moving my 3 kids.. will be emailing school options today and tomorrow. I will share other school deals.

The school has been collecting the bonds for this type of situation. I know of a family with 4 ex students all graduated but had not had their 15,000 usd per child bond returned. I was ask to investment as they are my family.

The online lessons doesn’t work for EE students and 20mins/day doesn’t mean anything for education.

While the gesture by ISHCMC in terms of explanation of increase in fees and rationale for rebate is appreciated I a gree with the sentiment that this is not an equitable sharing of the bearing of this unforseen burden. I have heard of number of parents say they will not send their children back in part because of this (the fee increase in particular). This is both symbolic and a real practical matter for parents. Your competitors in HCMC are now postioming their advertising in some instances around "fair fees" and "afforable value".

My family especially supports to extension of compensation for families which will leave the school for next year and let's consider to non-increase fees for next school year.

The school should refund a fraction of the school fee because during the online achool period, students don't use any of the school facilities.
