It’s injustice that’s schools are not open and having almost no cost still fee is being charged almost full . We must protest for this burden .

I totally agree with the statement and solution which need to be considered by Cognita, educationally well-known group. Practically, my son has been learning in other online English class and the online fee is only 70% of on-site classroom fee, thank you. Nam

I agreed with this petition. We paid the full year school fee last Jun. But my child didn't get the full education package.

I am pleased to have an inperson meeting with the school’s representative(s) to discuss about this. Any matter on fees and tuition must be decided on a mutual agreement reached between the school and parents, not a one-side decision by the school.

I would like to suggest one opinion regarding this petition. As you know, this epidemic is not the only problem in Vietnam. Therefore, it would be a good idea to provide examples of how other countries in the Cognita foundation are responding to this epidemic. If other countries' schools of the Cognita foundation are responding the same as schools in Vietnam (AAVN, ISHCMC, ISSP), it would be better to examine the other countries school or international schools in Vietnam (not belong to Cognita foundation). As in the commnets of Lien Hoang of the petition, schools in Australia offers 30~50% discount on tuition fee while providing higher quality e-learning.

There are some requests from the Parents Association, hoping that the two sides can reach a good deal because the damage caused by NcoV19 is something nobody wants.
1. Addition learning 1 week for every 3 weeks of online learning .
2. If can not do number 1 , should claim the tuition fees - at a fairer level than the school offered (specific levels in the petition)
3. All students (going on or continuing) are treated fairly in sections 1 and 2
4. For the 2020-2021 school year: Do not increase tuition
5. Specifily how much to adjust if there is any illness or for some reason continue to study online

We are all struggling through such unimaginable times with the Corona-virus pandemic. It's an emotional time; we're sad, frustrated, angst ridden, even angry; what's happening to our world and our lives? It's a time for us to come together and recognize just how interdependent we all are.
This petition is upsetting and I believe not well conceived.
How could Cognita and all the affiliated schools possibly been prepared for such times and circumstance? A "contingency plan," "risk management"? That is profoundly unfair. Nobody, no business, no government, no community, no person was even remotely prepared for this pandemic.
Thanks to the amazing efforts, dedication, creativity and commitment during this period, my 9 year old daughter has continued to be fully engaged and motivated in her learning; the basics and the ancillary, too. I am so thankful for that and other parents should be, too.
Has it been frustrating and difficult to move to an on-line platform? Are some instructive pieces likely missing? Was the recent school fee increase and credits less than generous? Yes, of course.
But this demanding petition, although likely well intended, completely misses the mark. Worse, it sets up an adversarial relationship with the school, the managers, the leaders and especially the teachers. It has the very real possibility of being more detrimental to the good education we all want for our children.
I wonder if these consequences have been carefully thought through by those that support this petition. Have you thought carefully about the top-notch School Heads and Teachers that just several months ago were held by all in high regard? Do you think they will want to remain in such a contentious community, when there are many opportunities for them elsewhere?
I am not sure that many will actually read through and consider my lengthy comments. However, for those that do, why don't we come together as a concerned and caring and educated communi
